Minnie Cheung first started meditation practice when she discovered Yoga. Every year, she keeps learning more techniques, and from that, she learns how to grow into a wholesome being. Incorporate meditation into Yoga makes the practice complete in a mind and body connection aspect.
Since music studies have been a significant part of her childhood, she is grateful to discover how healing and powerful sound can be in attaining a meditative state.
