Lily Liliane A life-embracing woman who teaches and guides by BEING – with a positive and unbreakable spirit, Lily’s journey in to holistic wellness, self-healing, conscious-living, spiritual awakening and transformation was ignited in the midst of her finding solutions to her own personal traumas. Lily’s unique methodology of teaching was birthed from her intuitive gifts and experiences – living and coping with a wide range of physiological and psychological issues that manifested in depression, anxiety, mood disorders, physical chronic pain, autoimmune illnesses, insomnia, stress to PTSD and more.

After decades of trying anything and everything under the sun in hopes of healing herself and those around her who were suffering with the same problems, she created her own “Mindset Resetting and Empowering Coaching System” to help others live a more joyous, and fulfilling life – free of pain, stress, fear and limiting beliefs.

Traveling around the world, learning from masters of various disciplines, Lily has applied her years of tried and tested programs as a fitness coach (functional training, crossfit, movement, rehabilitation), motivational speaker for mental health awareness and trauma survivors, writer, yoga teacher, meditation guide, mindfulness practitioner, energy healer and creative storyteller into one results-driven package.
