How do you know if your Chakras are Blocked?

The more you learn about Chakras and how important they are in the proper function and flow of your body’s spiritual and mental energy, the more you will want to maintain proper Chakra balance throughout your body.  Your health and wellbeing aren’t priorities that are exclusive to hours outside work. Health is a round-the-clock job that is linked to both your happiness and productivity. This is why the most successful people commit to promoting their own health and healing underlying pain or conditions that inhibit daily tasks.

Energy points are believed to stimulate the central nervous system. This, in turn, releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes may stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities and promote physical and emotional well-being.

The basic concept of aligned chakras is in harmonizing the flow of qi.  Chakra” is a Sanskrit word that literally means “wheel”. Although no western anatomy text books contain descriptions of chakras, meditators in India, Tibet, and many other places have noted the presence of these energy wheels for thousands of years.

Physically and energetically, this dissolves blockages and stagnation in the energy channels and organs.  Conditions that are either deficient or excessive are balanced by achieving a harmonious interplay of yin and yang.   Chakra points are energy meridians that can be stimulated to “open”, because it activates them and increases the flow of vital energy within them.

Below are typical signs that certain chakras may be over or under stimulated

  1. Attention Deficit
  2. Insomnia
  3. Difficulty in Expressing Yourself
  4. Lack of Motivation
  5. Desire for Isolation
  6. Blocks in Accomplishing Goals

HOW TO UNBLOCK CHAKRAS

  1. Meditate at Enhale
  2. Being journaling to be aware of what is causing the blockages
  3. Go for energy healing (at Enhale, where else!)

By equanimity and observation, breathing, and feeling light, we can achieve harmony within our chakra system and energy meridians.
