Ambikha is an internationally recognized meditation instructor with a Master’s Degree In Yogic Science from Manonmaniam Sundarar University, India. Ambikha’s personal healing journey began 15 years ago when she studied with various masters in the different healing modalities and yoga lineages. Her gurus guided her to dive deeper into self-healing, Mantra Chanting, Kirtan and Meditation. Her work in sound healing, breath work, mindful movement and conscious dance were guides to her personal growth. A Certified Dance Mandala Movement Facilitator, Clarity Breathwork facilitator, a therapist from The Work of Osho, Past Life Regression therapist, Intuitive Body Worker, and Reiki therapist. Ambikha leads workshops and retreats around the world. She’s dedicated to helping others explore self-healing and true inner peace.
Angie has been offering mindfulness meditations and practices since 2012 and supporting others on their journey. After leaving the corporate world, her path to meditation and wellness began with a Master of Wellness, and then teaching university students in the art of Mind-Body Wellness. When she became aware of the profound benefits these students experienced, Angie then certified as a mindfulness instructor and a mindfulness teacher trainer with the Academy for Mindful Teaching. Angie is passionate about the beneficial effects of using mindfulness and meditation in our daily lives and in helping others find the opportunity to transform and enjoy more fulfilling and meaningful lives. Mindfulness – training our attention and building awareness – offers us an opportunity to pause the busyness, to observe and accept what is happening in the here and now, and apply compassion to ourselves and others.
Brenda, founder of Nature Yoga, is a gong healer, sound therapy practitioner and Kundalini Yoga teacher. Brenda has studied sound, voice toning and rhythm with masters worldwide. She loves to accompany her Gong sessions with mantras, the harmonium and shruti box because it resonates with her deeply to promote the therapeutic and calming influence of these vibes. “Sound therapy opens my heart to listen to a vibration. It stops the chatter of opinions or daily problems and focuses me back to peace and joy within without resistance”.
Brian was introduced to the world of breathwork during his own personal journey to heal himself from several health issues and discovered a person doing superhuman things called Wim Hof whose method was able to do exactly that and much more! Long story short, Brian was trained directly under Wim Hof and became the first certified instructor in Australia and Asia and has since trained with other breathwork masters including Dan Brulé (personal breathing coach to Tony Robbins and NAVY SEALS) and Stig Severinson (world’s greatest free driver with a WR 22 minute breath hold). Combining all of his learnings from around the world, Brian is now on a mission to help the people of Hong Kong improve their quality of life by breathing better.
Carmen Sanz, originally from Spain has been residing in Hong Kong for 3 years after traveling and training all over the world.

Cheryl first discovered sound healing during a trip to London when she stayed behind for a gong meditation after a yoga class. She was immediately hooked and attended regular gong bath meditations to balance a high-pressure corporate life. Following an unexpected surgery, Cheryl directly felt the deeper healing effects of sound therapy during her recovery process, which led her to study sound healing. Cheryl hosts sound healing sessions with Gongs and Tibetan Singing Bowls and is currently pursuing certification in Watsu, a form of healing aquatic bodywork. “Once we begin to tune-in, we can start to find peace of mind, well-being and transformation.”
With over 20 years of experience in apparel and product design, Chew’s desire to explore more of her passions led her to the holistic world. She was involved in running a holistic wellness center several years ago and this helped to introduce her to many modalities and inspired her to develop self-awareness and self-connection within herself and others. Chew believes that we are all works in progress and working with crystals and essential oils has become Chew’s passion and technique for healing and enhancing spiritual awareness, especially through mediation.
Having found this passion for mindfulness and healing, Chew trained to become a practitioner at The Sanctuary HK, and currently practices around Hong Kong.
Her meditations are about connecting to your 5th dimension or higher self, enabling clients to discover the connections for themselves.

Gary holds master’s degrees in Counseling and Industrial Psychology, and marries his love of calligraphy to advocate mental health and personal well-being through simple tools such as the powerful pen and paper. With over a decade of experience as a corporate consultant, Gary understands the need to decompress. He is passionate about encouraging clients to take the time, to sit and solely concentrate on themselves in the present. “Through mindfulness calligraphy, we can cultivate our own unique mindful moment anytime. It helps us destress and refocus on the here-and-now.” Gary also has prior training in hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming and enneagram. He aspires to assist participants in finding peace and enjoyment by means of creating beautiful and elegant words and letters.
Growing up and living in a unique and conscious environment in the presence of Osho in India, Geeta began her thirst for self-discovery and healing. Geeta found inner growth through meditation, various therapies and spiritual practises. She has practised holistic therapies for over 24 years and is a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Osho Neo-Reiki Master, yoga teacher and meditation coach. Since childhood, meditation has been a constant in her life. “All these modalities are tools to unlock our potential for self-discovery. Gretchell Yaneza is a Multidisciplinary Artist, Holistic Voice teacher, Spiritual guide and Alternative healing facilitator. Hana started to explore art therapy and meditation world when her life became demanding 7 years ago.

A corporate mindfulness teacher, certified health coach and RYT-500 yoga teacher, Jennifer’s favorite job is sharing the gifts of meditation. A life-long meditator, Jennifer’s regular sitting practice began at age five, in Korea, with her legs in full lotus (and often her face in a little pond of drool). Maggie is a Life Cartographer, Eastern philosopher, Qigong master, Feng Shui practitioner and researcher of Buddhist scripture. After working in hospitality and sales & marketing at international corporations, Maggie felt a calling for change to a more fulfilling and meaningful life. She thus deepened her meditation practice, which had been her secret passion for over a decade by then. Starting her meditation journey in Western tradition, Maggie then explored Zen Buddhism and Eastern philosophies and practices. Now, her daily routine starts at 3 a.m. with meditation. Nikki was brought to her mediation practice due to some health complications in her younger years. She has never looked back. Having started her professional life with a Degree in Economics and a corporate job, Ralitsa decided to pursue her life-long interest in human behaviour. Ralitsa’s passion for Mindfulness started when she first came across Mindfulness Based Interventions for treating Anxiety and Depression while studying for her degree in Psychology. Ralitsa’s confidence in the benefits of mindfulness comes mainly from her own meditation practice. A mother of two grown up daughters, Ralitsa has an authentic understanding and compassion for the challenges of being a parent and juggling with pressures and demands of everyday life. Having lived all over the world, Ralitsa has also experienced the power of acceptance, open-mindedness and letting go, which has helped her develop awareness not only of cultural differences, but also in what unites us as human beings.
Resham is a spiritual seeker of higher consciousness. From growing up in Hong Kong, and raised in a home of Hindu practices she has been seamlessly connected to all ritual ceremonies of Eastern tradition. Her deep reverence for nature, and passion for the workings of the universe encouraged her to study ancient texts and scriptures, which guided her towards a complete alignment with the lineage of Cha Dao taught by her teacher Wu De, in Taiwan. She has since returned to Hong Kong with a dedication to share an awakening of harmony through Tea Ceremonies through the way of this practise, so others too can explore and discover the sacred benefits of the Leaf.
Ryan is a dedicated mindfulness practitioner with his foundations in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program from the University of Massachusetts. As a father of two boys, he came to mindfulness in search of a tool that could increase his patience. Starting his career working in engineering and finance, Ryan was initially sceptical of meditation and mindfulness. However, the evidence of the benefits of mindfulness in terms of both physical and mental health was Ryan’s original draw to meditation. Now a teacher in training for Search Inside Yourself, founded at Google, he continues to uncover more evidence of the benefits of meditation that could be used to persuade others to give it a try. His practice comes from that same place of kind curiosity that he had when he first approached mindfulness. He brings a practical approach to meditation, and makes it very accessible to practitioners at all levels.
Dr Sudha Nair holds a Bachelors degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences from the University of Ujire, India, and a Masters degree from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Rehabilitation. She believes that the innate power of healing lies within every individual and that the source to healing is proper meditating, breathing, eating, exercising, thinking and reasoning. Sudha also has practical training in Ayurveda from the Kerala Ayurvedic Pharmacy, acupuncture, Reiki, Vivekananda Kendra yoga techniques, herbology and natural therapies. Some of her favourite classes to teach is beginner meditation and Yoga Nidra, or sleeping yoga, to help members achieve optimum holistic balance.
