Ambikha is an internationally recognized meditation instructor with a Master’s Degree In Yogic Science from Manonmaniam Sundarar University, India. Ambikha’s personal healing journey began 15 years ago when she studied with various masters in the different healing modalities and yoga lineages. Her gurus guided her to dive deeper into self-healing, Mantra Chanting, Kirtan and Meditation. Her work in sound healing, breath work, mindful movement and conscious dance were guides to her personal growth. A Certified Dance Mandala Movement Facilitator, Clarity Breathwork facilitator, a therapist from The Work of Osho, Past Life Regression therapist, Intuitive Body Worker, and Reiki therapist. Ambikha leads workshops and retreats around the world. She’s dedicated to helping others explore self-healing and true inner peace.
Several years in a high-pressure work environment led Asia to meditation practice. In search for inner peace, she went to Nepal where the majesty of Himalayas along with yoga and cosmic energy made her realise that she wanted to continue walking the path of self- awareness.
The first short trip only planted a seed and soon again she went back to Nepal to deepen her practice by participating in a 200 hours yoga teacher training. Thanks to COVID-19, one month course turned into a three months adventure of a lifetime. Asia has completed 500 hours yoga teacher training and became a regular practitioner of meditation & pranayama.
She wants to share the principles of breathing techniques to help people breathe consciously and realise its benefits.
Aurelie’s yoga journey started 15 years ago in London. After experiencing different styles of yoga, she completed her first Integral Yoga Teacher Training in 2012 in Hong Kong and has been teaching ever since. Her teaching style is very gentle and she follows the principle of “take it easy but don’t be lazy”. She approaches the yoga practice as a moving meditation.
Aurelie has continued to study and deepen her knowledge over the years and has completed training in Raja Yoga (yoga philosophy), Accessible Yoga and Yin Yoga. She is also certified in Gong and singing bowls, Reiki and an Integral Yoga Trainer.
Brenda, founder of Nature Yoga, is a gong healer, sound therapy practitioner and Kundalini Yoga teacher. Brenda has studied sound, voice toning and rhythm with masters worldwide. She loves to accompany her Gong sessions with mantras, the harmonium and shruti box because it resonates with her deeply to promote the therapeutic and calming influence of these vibes. “Sound therapy opens my heart to listen to a vibration. It stops the chatter of opinions or daily problems and focuses me back to peace and joy within without resistance”.
Brian was introduced to the world of breathwork during his own personal journey to heal himself from several health issues and discovered a person doing superhuman things called Wim Hof whose method was able to do exactly that and much more! Long story short, Brian was trained directly under Wim Hof and became the first certified instructor in Australia and Asia and has since trained with other breathwork masters including Dan Brulé (personal breathing coach to Tony Robbins and NAVY SEALS) and Stig Severinson (world’s greatest free driver with a WR 22 minute breath hold). Combining all of his learnings from around the world, Brian is now on a mission to help the people of Hong Kong improve their quality of life by breathing better.
Cheryl first discovered sound healing during a trip to London when she stayed behind for a gong meditation after a yoga class. She was immediately hooked and attended regular gong bath meditations to balance a high-pressure corporate life. Following an unexpected surgery, Cheryl directly felt the deeper healing effects of sound therapy during her recovery process, which led her to study sound healing. Cheryl hosts sound healing sessions with Gongs and Tibetan Singing Bowls and is currently pursuing certification in Watsu, a form of healing aquatic bodywork. “Once we begin to tune-in, we can start to find peace of mind, well-being and transformation.”
With over 20 years of experience in apparel and product design, Chew’s desire to explore more of her passions led her to the holistic world. She was involved in running a holistic wellness center several years ago and this helped to introduce her to many modalities and inspired her to develop self-awareness and self-connection within herself and others. Chew believes that we are all works in progress and working with crystals and essential oils has become Chew’s passion and technique for healing and enhancing spiritual awareness, especially through mediation.
Having found this passion for mindfulness and healing, Chew trained to become a practitioner at The Sanctuary HK, and currently practices around Hong Kong.
Her meditations are about connecting to your 5th dimension or higher self, enabling clients to discover the connections for themselves.

With over a decade of experience as a corporate consultant, Gary understands the need to decompress. He is passionate about encouraging clients to take the time, to sit and solely concentrate on themselves in the present. “Through mindfulness calligraphy, we can cultivate our own unique mindful moment anytime. It helps us destress and refocus on the here-and-now.” Gary also has prior training in hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming and enneagram. He aspires to assist participants in finding peace and enjoyment by means of creating beautiful and elegant words and letters.
Hana started to explore art therapy and meditation world when her life became demanding 7 years ago.
It helped her to reduce her stress and heal the anxiety when she became a mother and suffered insomnia.
She decided to use the deep healing experiences further with others after finishing her art therapy and mindfulness certifications.
When Hana was looking for more techniques to deepen the healing and raising the state of happiness, she found the answers amongst the studies of ancient eastern techniques like mantra meditation, Om Chanting, Sri Yantra and Atma Kriya Yoga taught by Bhakti Marga organisation.
She realised the beauty and power that lies within each of us. Therefore she has decided to combine her knowledge of East and West to bring profound shifts and healings to others and the environment.

Kate is a sound healing facilitator, yoga teacher and a piano teacher. She is a meditation and mindfulness practitioner, and also a certified Reiki Master.
Kate began her path on sound healing about 5 years ago when she went to a crystal singing bowls meditation session and was immediately mesmerized by the angelic sound. She started to collect different singing bowls and went to workshops and immersions to learn how to incorporate them into her meditation practice and for healing purpose. Then a few years ago during a trip in Bali, she attended a sacred sound healing session. She was deeply amazed by the different sounds produced by all those ancient healing instruments . Since then she travels back to Bali and other places regularly taking trainings to learn and practise sound healing.
Kate gives crystal singing bowls meditation sessions , and also multi-instrumental sound journeys by using strings, flute,shamanic drum, rainstick , tank drum, singing bowls and chimes etc. She also likes to incorporate singing and breathing exercises in her sound sessions to allow people becoming more open to receive the vibration of healing sounds.
Kate strongly believes music and sound can heal our body and mind , and she is dedicated to spread the healing vibrations to many others .
Lily Liliane A life-embracing woman who teaches and guides by BEING – with a positive and unbreakable spirit, Lily’s journey in to holistic wellness, self-healing, conscious-living, spiritual awakening and transformation was ignited in the midst of her finding solutions to her own personal traumas. She thus deepened her meditation practice, which had been her secret passion for over a decade by then. Starting her meditation journey in Western tradition, Maggie then explored Zen Buddhism and Eastern philosophies and practices. Now, her daily routine starts at 3 a.m. with meditation. The journey has taken her to publish a book: Nuggets from Qigong Master on How to fulfill your Wish in Life. Her motto “benefit to all humankind” has also taken Maggie to sharing her knowledge and healing globally.
Malbert brings his whole heart to sound meditation, a transformational mindfulness practise through sound vibration. He has trained with Gong and Singing Bowl masters around the world. As a yoga and sound meditation coach, Malbert encourages members to explore and unleash their full potential through natural movement, breath and mindfulness. “Life should be fun and enjoyable, like yoga and sound healing!”
Minnie first started meditation practice when she discovered Yoga. Every year, she keeps learning more techniques, and from that, she learns how to grow into a wholesome being. Incorporate meditation into Yoga makes the practice complete in a mind and body connection aspect.
Since music studies have been a significant part of her childhood, she is grateful to discover how healing and powerful sound can be in attaining a meditative state. By bringing these two of her passions together, she hopes all of you can take off a journey of healing, self-discovery, transcendent, and full of joy.
Ralitsa is a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and Mindfulness in Schools Project “.b” curriculum facilitator. She is currently on a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) teacher training pathway with Oxford Mindfulness Centre.
Having started her professional life with a degree in Economics and a corporate job, Ralitsa decided to pursue her life-long interest in human behaviour, graduating with a first class BSc(Hons) in Psychology.
Ralitsa first came across mindfulness based approaches for treating anxiety and depression while studying for her degree. Since then, what started as an intellectual curiosity became a way of life. Ralitsa’s confidence in the numerous benefits of mindfulness comes mainly from her own practice. In her teaching, she is mostly excited about helping people to relate more skilfully to the stresses and the demands of everyday life, to make wiser choices for better health and wellbeing and to live more engaged, vibrant and appreciative life.
As part of her ongoing professional development, Ralitsa regularly attends various mindfulness retreats and teacher trainings. The biggest Thank you! that she can say to her teachers is sharing their wisdom with others.
Ravina, is based in Hong Kong and started her healing journey 17 years ago. She was suffering from a painful condition called trigeminal neuralgia and turned to alternative therapies to self-manage the pain.
Aside from Singing Bowls, over the years she studied Reiki, Chakras, Auras, Access Consciousness, Sekhem, Pranic, Shivyog and Theta healing. After recovering from this condition and regaining a “normal” life, her passion and drive has been to help others. After many years developing her own spiritual and meditation practice, and under the tutelage of her nada (sound) master, she now combines her knowledge and experiences to facilitate healing sessions to groups and indivuals.
Sandrine’s love and devotion for yoga and mindfulness started more than 12 years ago in London.
Since then she has been studying and practicing with many different teachers and learning from various yoga styles. She was certified as a Hatha yoga teacher with Yoga Point (Nasik, India) in 2014.
Following her certification, she has explored and studied under a variety of yoga traditions and continues to expand her knowledge of yoga as a therapeutic practice sharing mindfulness and compassion through all her teaching.
Sandrine is a Yin and Mindfulness certified yoga teacher under the guidance of Sarah Powers and Insight Yoga Institute. Her ambition is to share a safe and nourishing practice that leaves a healing and wellbeing feeling on and off the mat for her students.
Sandrine has a holistic approach to her classes and teaches her students to see themselves in a way that’s both challenging and compassionate. She is continually adding more knowledge and experience to improve her teaching (she is now a Reiki I & II certified teacher) and is following the 500 hours Mindfulness , Buddhism and Psychology mentorship programme with Insight Yoga Institute.
Sonia Sirgue is a certified mentor, a tarot reader, a meditation teacher, a mother, a wife and a daughter.
Her work is to help people transmute anger and uncertainty into acceptance, grow with harmony and build in balance through her meditations, tarot readings and mentoring.
She offers guided relaxation exercises to people who feel stressed or lost. In her sessions, people can create their own sacred space where they can relax and reconnect to themselves. When they leave, they will feel recharged.
Her work helps her clients deal with being overwhelmed, find clarity and purpose in life, build better relationships and appreciate their own value. She teaches simple and practical steps that her clients can use at any time to overcome challenging situations. Stephanie comes from a family of Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners and firmly believes in the value of alternative healing methods. ‘Prevention is better than cure’ is her way of living. She is an empath (able to perceive the energy of a person/ place) and an oracle cards reader.
Due to an injury a few years ago, she started to get interested in alternative and spiritual healing. Reiki changed her life and she dedicates herself in helping others find their inner peace.
