Carmen Sanz , originally from Spain has been residing in Hong Kong for 3 years after traveling and training all over the world.

She is certified in Integrative Vibrational Therapy, Tao Flow Teacher and Integral Hatha Yoga Teacher. Carmen is also Kids Yoga teacher, Thai massage and Ayurveda massage therapist, Reiki Level 2 practitioner. Carmen takes pride in driving students inward through her authentic teaching style and compassion-centered philosophy.

She brings her own set of singing bowls scientifically created with highly specific frequency range, extremely rich, pleasing & harmonious vibrations. This fabulous, healing grade Singing bowl set has a beautiful form & exquisite tone developed & created over years of dedicated scientific research.

As well as sound baths, she is passionate about one-to-one sound therapy treatments using the most practical sound therapy protocols with signing bowls, developed after years of dedicated scientific research.

Committed to continuous learning of holistic education from around the world. Carmen weaves thought-provoking meditations and sound healing treatment throughout her classes.
