Bruce Taylor Bruce Taylor has always had a connection to Qi, or vital life energy, since a very young age. He is dedicated to balancing the energy within so we can flourish in our lives.
Bruce Taylor is a Reiki Grandmaster in Usui Reiki, and a Reiki Master in both the Tibetan and Kundalini traditions. In addition to Reiki, he is a teacher and practitioner of meditation, pranayama (the mastery of one’s breath), and a wellbeing & relationship coach for both individuals and couples.
Bruce is also a certified Ashtanga Yoga instructor (RYT 200) and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. He has been involved with energy healing and wellbeing since 2006 but prior to moving fully into wellbeing he was a teacher focusing on Social Science, Physical Science and Philosophy.

In Japanese, Reiki means universal life force. This guided meditation starts with a guided Awareness meditation that flows to individual Reiki healing to leave you insightful, calm and refreshed. On a scientific level, studies show Reiki increases white blood cell count to boost the immune system. It can also relieve pain, insomnia, anxiety and much more. You only need to keep an open mind and set an intention on healing. As always, open to all levels.
Shamanic Vision Quest Guided Meditation
A shamanic guided meditation, which is one that incorporates sound and direction to bring the participants into a deep connection with the earth, themselves, and the primordial energy within. As one goes deeper into their journey, deeper into this meditation, they will find themselves on an exploration into the energy of the earth, the energy of the natural world, and the energy of our inner selves.
It is from here that the true understanding begins to unfold…… as participants are guided into a space of stillness, of nothingness, they are asked to then just surrender to the experience as it unfolds.
The instrument guiding you into this experience has been made specifically for our instructor, specifically for this meditation, by a Cherokee master drum maker, and the soul of the hide, the energy of the drum begins to permeate the meditation hall brining all into a deep trance.
From here the natural world begins to express itself and participants are often confronted with their first visions of their guiding spirit animal, or those who have long since departed the earth, or the primordial energy that pulsates through every living being.
Such experiences, regardless of their intensity, are here to help us and can do no harm.
The animals, visions, experiences, sensations and realizations of this shamanic voyage are all deeply symbolic and Bruce will conclude the meditation with the opportunity to share your experience with the group or privately for his interpretation.
