Asia Piotrowiak Several years in a high-pressure work environment led Asia to meditation practice. In search for inner peace, she went to Nepal where the majesty of Himalayas along with yoga and cosmic energy made her realise that she wanted to continue walking the path of self- awareness.
The first short trip only planted a seed and soon again she went back to Nepal to deepen her practice by participating in a 200 hours yoga teacher training. Thanks to COVID-19, one month course turned into a three months adventure of a lifetime. Asia has completed 500 hours yoga teacher training and became a regular practitioner of meditation & pranayama.
She wants to share the principles of breathing techniques to help people breathe consciously and realise its benefits.
