Ambikha Devi is an internationally recognized meditation instructor with a Master’s Degree In Yogic Science from Manonmaniam Sundarar University, India. Ambikha’s personal healing journey began 15 years ago when she studied with various masters in the different healing modalities and yoga lineages.
Her gurus guided her to dive deeper into self-healing, Mantra Chanting, Kirtan and Meditation. Her work in sound healing, breath work, mindful movement and conscious dance were guides to her personal growth. A Certified Dance Mandala Movement Facilitator, Clarity Breathwork facilitator, a therapist from The Work of Osho, Past Life Regression therapist, Intuitive Body Worker, and Reiki therapist.

In Japanese, Reiki means universal life force. This guided meditation starts with a guided Awareness meditation that flows to individual Reiki healing to leave you insightful, calm and refreshed. On a scientific level, studies show Reiki increases white blood cell count to boost the immune system. It can also relieve pain, insomnia, anxiety and much more.
